We are looking for an organised, proactive Audiology Clinical Coordinator / Administrator to join our friendly team at Specsavers Burnley. This role is focused on supporting the Audiology clinic, ensuring clinics run efficiently, compliantly, and with excellent patient care at the heart of everything we do.

What does the role involve?
- Manage and coordinate audiology clinics, ensuring effective scheduling and patient flow
- Provide administrative and clinical support to audiologists
- Maintain accurate patient records, recalls, referrals, and follow-ups
- Act as a key point of contact for audiology patients
- Support IQIPS audits and ongoing clinical governance requirements
- Ensure clinics, equipment, and documentation meet Specsavers and regulatory standards
- Liaise effectively with clinicians and store teams to support smooth clinic operation
- Travel to spokes stores in Colne and Nelson will be expected
About You
- Organised, reliable, and detail-focused
- Confident handling confidential patient information
- Previous experience in a clinical, healthcare, or administrative role desirable
- Strong communication and customer care skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Willing to learn and develop – full ACS training provided
