We’re looking for a Digital Performance Manager located in Nottingham, Southampton, London or Guernsey. If you enjoy seeing digital campaigns deliver real, measurable results – and continuously improving them – this could be the role for you. At Specsavers, we’re focused on changing lives through better sight and hearing, and our digital media plays a vital role in connecting with customers in meaningful ways. We have an opportunity to join the team on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
As a Digital Performance Manager, you’ll lead paid social and programmatic display activity, helping to drive bookings across the optics and audiology businesses. You’ll join a collaborative digital performance team, working closely with our media agency and internal stakeholders to plan, deliver and optimise campaigns across channels.
In this role, you’ll analyse performance, identify opportunities and make effective optimisations across audience targeting, bidding, pacing and creative. You’ll also shape testing plans to deliver incremental growth, while managing budgets and ensuring campaigns perform against targets.
Alongside this, you’ll collaborate with creative teams and platform partners such as Meta, TikTok and Google, bringing new ideas and opportunities into the business while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned. This is a great opportunity to take ownership and make an impact.
You’ll lead on key areas, bringing a joined‑up, cross‑channel perspective to campaign planning and optimisation. You’ll have experience managing paid social and programmatic display campaigns, with strong analytical skills and confidence using tools such as GA4, Meta Business Manager or Excel. You’ll be naturally curious, keen to stay ahead of digital trends and comfortable balancing multiple priorities. Strong communication, attention to detail and a proactive approach will set you apart.
