Ready to take the reins of hearing products and equipment for Audiology?
Responsibilities
As a Category Manger in Audiology, you\’ll oversee product listings, clinician training, equipment management and competitive marketing of hearing services. Collaborate with the Head of Trading to create a long-term strategic plan that keeps our offerings cutting-edge and relevant.
You\’ll drive trade across the hearing category and assist with the development and execution of the Trading strategy. Deliver the annual plan, sustainability initiatives, and strategic initiative projects. By monitoring and analysing group audiology sales, you\’ll uncover trends, identify growth opportunities and gain valuable competitor insights.
You\’ll maintain and enhance relationships with Marketing Retail Operations and Professional Training teams, making sure effective launches of new products and services across the business that benefit both Partners and customers. Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to communicate trading messages and support the development of POS materials. Supporting our Partners in expanding their product and service knowledge, handling store inquiries and complaints and tracking trends to improve service.
But that doesn\’t stop there – you\’ll organise product roadshows, manage product governance, and work with supply chain and external suppliers. Manage clinic and retail unitary development, assist with creating a new corporate offer and make sure industry-leading Audiology equipment is consistently used and upgraded across the business. You\’ll review and optimise the website to drive trade and support face-to-face seminars and conferences. Identify new opportunities to enhance our product portfolio and assist the NHS team with product information for public sector discussions.
Qualifications / Skills
You\’ll bring solid commercial acumen and project management experience, be able to present to large audiences and have adaptable communication qualities. Stakeholder management will be at the heart of everything you do, building and maintaining relationships and influencing change.
