We’re on the lookout for a proactive, detail-driven Category Assistant to support the smooth delivery of our audiology product strategy. You’ll be the connector between our Partners, suppliers, and internal teams — making sure product launches, updates, training, and communications all run smoothly.

Your role is all about making things clear and accessible. You’ll ensure every product-related detail, from pricing to positioning, is available to stores, so they can deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. You’ll manage product introductions and changes, coordinate with suppliers, and keep systems and materials up to date.

You’ll also be the friendly face behind product queries, resolving issues quickly and spotting trends that help us improve. Whether it’s briefing the Contact Centre, supporting software updates, or contributing to competitor insights, a key role in keeping everything aligned.

We’re looking for someone who has experience in retail Audiology or Optics, confident juggling multiple tasks, a natural communicator, and great at building trusted relationships. You’ll be organised, collaborative, and can influencing change where needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product introductions and changes, coordinate with suppliers, and keep systems and materials up to date.
  • Ensure product-related details (pricing, positioning) are accessible to stores.
  • Coordinate launches, updates, training, and communications across internal teams and Partners.
  • Respond to product queries, resolve issues quickly, and identify trends to inform improvements.
  • Brief the Contact Centre and support software updates; contribute to competitor insights.
  • Support the audiology/retail product strategy and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail Audiology or Optics.
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
