Specsavers in Ashford and Bybrook are looking for a driven and experienced Optical Retailer to become their new Store Partner. About The Stores

Ashford: Ashford has been servicing the local community since opening its doors 28 years ago. The store has recently relocated and now sits within the vibrant and centrally located County Square shopping centre. Just off the M20, the shopping centre is a destination for convenience, and London is accessible via train in half an hour. The store sits proudly with 10 fully kitted test rooms, large spacious layout, two dedicated audiology rooms, on-site lab, colleague training room, games rooms and large kitchen and lounge, this store offers as much to its patients as it does to its colleagues.

Bybrook: Located inside a large Sainsburys, Specsavers Bybrook benefits from a recent refit, now sitting with 4 test rooms, colleague room and highly affluent patient base. This store is built for success and enjoys a high ATV and great operating profit. Beyond the incredible perks of both stores, the true beating heart is the team. The current partners have worked hard to put their needs first, and enjoy high retention and a strong, stable manager set up across both stores. Over 40 full and part-time colleagues call these stores home, with a wide range of experience and retention from over 25 years. It’s crucial our new incoming partner shares the values of team development, learning opportunities and social activities.

Requirements Of The Role

Alongside being an existing retailer with a strong and proven background within optics, you will also have the drive, passion, and willingness to ensure a customer-focused team and role model high standards to continue the success of this store. As the new Retail Partner, you will be able to provide a unique blend of customer care and professional excellence. You’ll be able to build a rapport with the new team, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and possess an ability to build strong relationships within the local community.
