If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference behind the scenes of a high‑performing site, this could be the perfect next step. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production environment running safely, smoothly and efficiently, supporting the delivery of high‑quality products while helping create a workplace where colleagues feel valued and supported.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in coordinating both planned and reactive maintenance across operational equipment, making sure priorities are clear and work is delivered effectively. You’ll build strong relationships with site leaders, engineers and external partners, keeping communication open and ensuring issues are resolved quickly. At the same time, you’ll stay close to performance by managing KPIs, tracking progress and helping drive continuous improvement across the site.
We’re looking for someone with a solid technical background, qualified to Level 3 (or above) in a mechanical, electrical or pneumatic discipline, who feels confident working with data and systems to monitor performance. You’ll be comfortable using Microsoft Office, managing budgets and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency or reduce costs, all while keeping safety and quality front of mind.
Just as important is how you work with others. You’ll bring experience of coaching or supporting colleagues, with the ability to influence stakeholders, prioritise workload and create a positive, inclusive environment. If you’re someone who communicates clearly, builds trust easily and enjoys balancing hands‑on coordination with strategic thinking, you’ll thrive in this role.
This role closes on July 17th so don’t delay your application!
