As a domiciliary optometrist with Specsavers, you will drive our services to customers' doorsteps, providing eye care and supporting clients with basic tasks they cannot perform without assistance. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality eye care to patients in their homes across Derby and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide eye examinations and vision care in patient homes.
- Prescribe and dispense spectacles, contact lenses and related products.
- Manage appointment schedules and maintain accurate patient records.
- Educate patients on eye health and proper use of vision correction aids.
- Work independently while collaborating with the Specsavers team.
Qualifications
- Registered as a member of the General Optical Council with up‑to‑date registration.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
