We’re looking for an ambitious individual to join our Haywards Heath store as a qualified full‑time Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD). In this role, you’ll dispense hearing aids to customers who have hearing difficulty, delivering top‑note customer service every single time. You’ll have access to high‑quality equipment in a professional and welcoming environment, and support from our expert team to help you progress. This is a varied role that includes a mix of store‑based clinics and Home Visits.
You will work in our Haywards Heath Hub with a dedicated audiology test room. You will perform hearing tests and advise on which competitively priced hearing aid is best to ensure each customer receives a first‑class experience. We also offer wax removal, so a microsuction/wax removal qualification is advantageous.

Requirements
- You must be a qualified HAD, have great attention to detail, be a motivated team worker, and keen to develop.
- As this role requires travel to multiple locations, you must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
- Wax removal qualifications are also advantageous.
