Responsibilities and Expectations
We’re fully equipped with 7 test rooms and state‑of‑the‑art clinical technology. You will work with a team of 45 including trained optical assistants, dispensing opticians, and a contact lens optician to deliver exceptional patient care. Our focus is on teamwork and a patient‑first culture. You will be supported through open conversations and regular 1‑to‑1 meetings to tailor‑make a career path that suits your goals. Opportunities for professional growth include WOPEC qualifications, independent prescribing, paediatric accreditations, enhanced optical services, ILM courses, Pre‑Reg supervision, and the Specsavers Partnership scheme (Pathway). Your expertise will also prepare you for potential advancement to store director.
