Are you a qualified Audiologist with a passion for clinical excellence, coaching others, and making a real difference to patient outcomes?

As we continue to grow our audiology business,we’relooking for an experienced Clinical Performance Consultant to support our stores across Scotland and Yorkshire, helping our clinicians deliver exceptional care and outstanding customer experiences.This is a field-based role, regular regional travel is essential.


This is an opportunity to use your clinicalexpertisebeyond the test room and have a wider impact across an entire region. Working closely with Audiology Relationship Managers, storepartnersand clinical teams,you’llsupport the delivery of high clinical standards, share bestpractice, and help drive continuous improvement across our audiology network.


You’llcoach and develop clinicians, deliver engaging training, and provide practical support that helps teams build confidence, capability, and performance.


We’relooking for a qualified Audiologist who enjoys developing others and building strong relationships.You’llbe confident influencing stakeholders,facilitatingtraining, and using yourexpertiseto inspire positive change.


As this role supports stores across Scotland and Yorkshire,you’llneed to live within a reasonable travelling distance of the territory and be comfortable with regular travel, including occasional overnight stays whenrequired.
