Position: Dispensing Optician Supervisor

Location: Bridgnorth

Salary: Salary up to £37,000

Working hours: Full or Part Time hours considered + 1 day over the weekend is required

Experience level: You must be a GOC registered Dispensing Optician.

Specsavers Bridgnorth is looking for a Dispensing Optician Supervisor to join our friendly, community focused practice. We’re proud of the excellent patient experience we provide and are passionate about continuing to build on our loyal and ever‑growing customer base.

You’ll be working in a well‑equipped store that runs its own clinics, with all test rooms fitted with FDT, auto‑refractors, phoropters or trial frames, digital slit lamps, and OCT. Our testing times average 25 minutes, supporting a thorough and patient centred approach to eye care.

This is a great opportunity for a Dispensing Optician Supervisor who values high clinical standards, teamwork, and delivering outstanding customer care in a close‑knit community setting.

Lead the optical experience by championing exceptional patient care while elevating your team’s expertise through hands-on training and development. As Dispensing Optician Supervisor, you’ll drive both service excellence and sales performance, keep a close eye on costs, and collaborate closely with the shop floor supervisor to ensure a seamless, high-performing store.
