You will build the team, drive exceptional customer experiences, and shape a growing business with a guaranteed salary plus profit-based dividends.
You will share 40% equity with an Audiology Partner and benefit from Optics Partners’ involvement owning 20% of the venture, supporting growth and strategic direction.
