Specsavers is a household name and a Highstreet staple. We’re looking for an ambitious individual to join our store as a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD). In this role, you’ll be dispensing hearing aids to customers who have hearing difficulty, and delivering top-notch customer service every single time.
You’ll have access to high-quality equipment and be part of a professional and welcoming environment in store, with support from our expert team to help keep you progressing. We are recruiting for our Orpington store and the surrounding spokes, with dedicated audiology test and wax removal rooms across our stores.
As a forward-thinking HAD, you will provide care to patients across our stores. Within this role, you will perform hearing tests and advise which of our competitively priced hearing aids is best, ensuring each customer receives the first-class experience they expect. We also offer wax removal, so the microsuction/wax removal qualification is advantageous.
When you join our audiology teams, you’ll focus on improving quality of life, not making sales. There’s the opportunity to follow your ambitions, including owning your own business as a partner. Here, you can grow in your own way, surrounded by colleagues who share your belief in better hearing care for everyone.
Benefits:
- Bonus Scheme in place
- Enjoy an additional paid day off on your birthday to celebrate you!
