As Head of Product Development for Audiology, you'll help turn clinical expertise, customer insight and emerging technology into products that make a meaningful difference.

This is an opportunity to influence the future of our global audiology portfolio and deliver lasting value for customers, partners and markets.

You'll lead product development across the full lifecycle, from early concepts and roadmaps through to launch, adoption and ongoing improvement.

Working closely with our strategic development partners, clinical teams and colleagues across marketing, finance, regulatory affairs and customer insight, you'll help shape hearing aid software, features and functionality around real customer and clinical needs.

You'll also monitor market developments and turn complex product capabilities into clear benefits that support successful launches across our markets.

You'll be a qualified Audiologist and/or Hearing Aid Dispenser with a strong understanding of development of hearing aid technology, software and its practical application in a clinical setting.

You'll combine clinical credibility with commercial awareness, strategic thinking and a genuine interest in product innovation.

To thrive in this role, you'll be confident using evidence and insight to make decisions, influencing stakeholders across regions and functions, and translating technical ideas into clear, accessible messages.

You'll join a collaborative global team with the opportunity to shape products from idea to impact, build relationships across the audiology industry and broaden your experience of international product development.

The role can be based in the UK, Guernsey or from home and includes regular travel to our support offices, supply chain locations and global partners.
