Specsavers Farnham is a busy, customer-focused store providing a comprehensive range of optical and eye-health services. The store offers:
- Adult and children's eye examinations
- OCT/3D eye scanning
- Contact lens services including complex fittings
- Cataract pre- and post-operative care
- DVLA sight tests
- Minor eye condition clinics
- Home eye testing
- Prescription safety eyewear
Our dedicated Farnham Audiology store provides a full range of hearing services, including:
- Hearing tests
- Hearing aid fitting and checks
- Ear wax removal
- Hearing protection

Your on-the-job training will sit alongside structured learning and at the end of the 15-18 months as an apprentice, you'll be a fully-fledged Optical Assistant.
Who is this Apprenticeship for?
- You have GCSEs in Maths at grades 9-4 (A*-C), or an equivalent qualification
- You've lived in the EU for at least 3 years and have the right to work in the UK
- You're not currently enrolled in another government-funded course
What does the role involve?
- Welcoming customers into store
- Booking in eye tests

- Taking phone calls
