Specsavers is a household name and a Highstreet staple. We’re looking for an ambitious individual to join our Solihull store as a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD). In this role, you’ll be dispensing hearing aids to customers who have hearing difficulty and delivering top‑notch customer service every single time.

You’ll have access to high‑quality equipment and be part of a professional and welcoming environment in store, with support from our expert team to help keep you progressing. Our business is recruiting for our Solihul Hub with a dedicated audiology test room. We are looking for a forward‑thinking HAD to provide care to patients across their stores.

Within this role, you will perform hearing tests and advise which of our competitively priced hearing aids is best, ensuring each customer receives the first‑class experience they expect. We also offer wax removal, so the microsuction/wax removal qualification is advantageous.

We do need you to have a couple of things to get started in this role. Firstly, you’ll need to be a qualified HAD living in Solihull or local to the Solihull area. You’ll also need to have great attention to detail, be a motivated team worker, and be keen to develop. Finally, a driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
