Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue across the Specify Digital Platform and the Specify Quarterly Handbook. This role focuses on selling annual digital listings, tiered memberships, and handbook placements to manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers within the construction and built environment sector. This is a consultative sales role. You are not selling “ad space” — you are selling visibility at specification stage, credibility, and long-term market positioning.

- Product positioning

Platform & Handbook Knowledge
- Confidently explain:
- How the digital platform works (map-based search, categories, visibility)
- How the Handbook is structured (theme-led, technical, reference-driven)
- The difference between each membership tier
CRM & Admin
- Keep CRM updated with:

- Follow-ups
- Deal stages
