At Specialized UK we are on the lookout for a Rider Care Representative to be the friendly knowledgeable voice supporting our riders and retail partners. HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Be the first point of contact for riders and retailers via phone, email, messaging and in person.
  • Provide expert support across Specialized’s product range including warranty, technical queries and service parts.
  • Solve complex issues with rider-focused creative solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with our European retailer network.
  • Collaborate with global teams and internal departments to resolve product and rider concerns.
  • Occasionally attend cycling events across the UK.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • A passion for cycling and basic bike maintenance knowledge (bonus points for repair proficiency!).
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Oracle and CRM experience are a plus).
  • A team-first attitude and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
