JOB SUMMARY
An integral position within the Specialized UK Retail Team; a keen team player delivering on or above sales targets and related KPI’s with a distinct focus on best serving the rider and understanding their needs.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Greeting, welcoming and serving riders beyond their expectations across all forms of communication
- Closing sales to help the team deliver KPI success
- Completing stock checks based on the processes assigned by the brand
- Vigilant to security of the team, the location and the stock
- Processing orders, deliveries and restocking the store
- Carrying out basic cleaning duties
- Cashing up-where applicable
- Completing any reasonable request made by the Store or Assistant Store Leader to the best of ability
- Professional and friendly conduct at all times within the team and especially with riders
What you will need to win:
- Demonstrable salesmanship
- Sound product knowledge and the drive to learn continuously
- Empathy for riders in order to best deliver exceptional customer service
- Numeracy and literacy skills
- Clear and effective communicator
- I.T. skills in order to operate in store systems
