Specialized Concept Store Ruislip is looking to recruit a Workshop Manager/Operations Manager. This is a full time permanent position.
We are looking for an experienced leader to manage our busy workshop team.
The ideal candidate must have a love of all things cycling and the ability to bring that enthusiasm to our team and customers every day.
Responsibilities
- Managing a customer's bikes journey through our business.
- Managing the workshop teams days and workload.
- Managing workshop stock, warranty work and product recalls.
- Liasing with the brand on warranty and component issues.
- Answering phone and email enquiries.
- Stock control and stock takes.
- Managing the assembly of bikes for shipping and store display.
- Assisting the workshop team where necessary.
- Assisting the sales team as required.

Salary and Benefits
Salary: subject to experience.
Benefits: staff discount, flexible schedule. We do not open on Sundays.
