The North Cluster Marketing Leader plays a pivotal role within our marketing organisation, acting as the primary liaison between the regional marketing team and country-level marketing coordinators. In this role, you’re responsible for driving all marketing initiatives within the cluster, ensuring alignment with regional strategies, and helping create the regional campaigns and direction to meet the unique needs of each market within the cluster. This role is ideal for a dynamic marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving marketing success across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Serve as the driving force for all marketing activities within the cluster. Collaborate with the Regional Marketing team to develop a 12-month marketing calendar that supports the cluster's needs. Provide upstream feedback on campaign performance, market trends, and consumer insights to the regional team.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Lead the implementation of regional marketing campaigns within the cluster. Coordinate the creation of marketing assets and collateral needed within the cluster with the regional design team. Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding across all cluster markets.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor Country Marketing Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Ensure that country marketing teams are equipped with the resources and guidance needed to execute local campaigns effectively.
  • Market Insights and Feedback: Act as the key point of contact for gathering and communicating market intelligence, including customer feedback and competitive analysis, to the regional marketing team. Identify and communicate important themes, trends, and opportunities within the cluster to inform regional strategies.
  • Operational Efficiency: Work with each Market Leader within the cluster and your direct reports of Country Marketing Coordinators to set annual, local marketing budgets. Seek annual budget approval from the Cluster FP.
