JOB SUMMARY

An integral position within the Specialized UK Retail Team; a keen team player delivering on or above sales targets and related KPI’s with a distinct focus on best serving the rider and understanding their needs.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
  • Greeting, welcoming and serving riders beyond their expectations across all forms of communication
  • Closing sales to help the team deliver KPI success
  • Completing stock checks based on the processes assigned by the brand
  • Vigilant to security of the team, the location and the stock
  • Processing orders, deliveries and restocking the store
  • Carrying out basic cleaning duties
  • Cashing up-where applicable
  • Completing any reasonable request made by the Store or Assistant Store Leader to the best of ability
  • Professional and friendly conduct at all times within the team and especially with riders
What you will need to win:
  • Demonstrable salesmanship
  • Sound product knowledge and the drive to learn continuously
  • Empathy for riders in order to best deliver exceptional customer service
  • Numeracy and literacy skills
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • I.T. skills in order to operate in store systems
