Vehicle Technician in Chelmsford

Overview

We have a fabulous opportunity for a qualified and highly skilled Vehicle Technician/mechanic to join our friendly team. Our vehicle technicians / mechanics diagnose, repair and service customer vehicles. We are looking for a fully qualified (or time served) vehicle technician with a current driving licence so that you can conduct vehicle road tests. Please send your CV.

Responsibilities

• You will be required to carry out repairs and servicing to the highest standards and to the appropriate specification
• You will be required to test and diagnose faults
• You will be required to examine vehicles, recognise and provide a written report on vehicle (or component) defects or systems of impending failure
• You will be required to ensure all work is carried out observing safe working practices of self and others
• You will be required to act as a brand ambassador

About You

Only vehicle technicians / mechanics with appropriate hands on experience and qualifications in the motor industry should apply. Own tools required but a starter tool-kit can be provided.

Hours

48 hours per week (8:30-17:30 Mon to Fri & 8:30-17:00 Sat)
