Join STS Group as our next Site Supervisor. We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our critical data centre projects near Slough. This position will play a major role in the successful, safe, and quality delivery of complex internal fit‑out scopes within a live, mission‑critical environment.
The Opportunity: We are seeking a leader with over 20 years of hands‑on experience in construction, specifically in the detailed fit‑out works required for high‑specification data centres. The successful candidate will work across multiple disciplines and challenging packages of work.
Key Tasks:
- Lead and manage all day‑to‑day site activities for fit‑out subcontractors, ensuring works are executed safely, to the required quality standard, and on schedule.
- Inspect and verify the quality of installations for critical elements such as raised access floors, internal partitioning, and fire‑rated assemblies, ensuring full compliance with design drawings and QA/QC requirements.
- Coordinate access, logistics, and sequencing of trades.
