We’re looking for passionate and engaging Secondary Tutors to deliver personalised 1:1 GCSE tuition to young people, including learners with additional educational needs. This role is ideal for teachers, tutors, teaching assistants, graduates, or education professionals looking for flexible and rewarding work without the pressures of a full classroom environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke 1:1 GCSE tuition sessions tailored to learners' interests and needs.
  • Support learners with additional needs.
  • Adapt learning to suit individual student needs and learning styles.
  • Build confidence, engagement and academic progress.
  • Complete paid planning/preparation time.
  • Work flexibly around your availability.
  • Most learners receive around 15 hours of tuition per week.
