We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Group Marketing and Distribution Director to shape and deliver SRG’s global marketing and distribution vision. Reporting to the Group Deputy CEO, you’ll drive brand cohesion, support growth across our pillars, and strengthen our broker and client networks.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading SRG’s global brand strategy, including rebranding acquired entities and enhancing internal awareness
- Developing and executing marketing and distribution strategies that support organic growth across the Group
- Strengthening broker relationships and nurturing scalable distribution networks
- Supporting tender submissions and aligning marketing goals with sales teams
- Driving innovation and visibility through digital channels
- Building and leading a high-performing team across marketing, CRM, data, and tender writing
