Are you an experienced finance administrator looking for a flexible, part-time role with a great benefits package? Our client, a growing SaaS business, is looking for a proactive Finance Administrator to join their established finance team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of credit control for their subscription platform alongside supporting the wider finance function.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the full credit control process for SaaS subscription customers
  • Monitoring aged debtor reports and chasing overdue payments
  • Processing supplier invoices, expenses and bank reconciliations
  • Supporting the Finance Manager with day-to-day finance operations
  • Liaising with Customer Success and Sales teams on billing queries

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in credit control or finance administration
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Xero experience a bonus
  • Knowledge of GoCardless, Revolut or HubSpot advantageous
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
