Our client, a creative company based in central Reigate, is seeking a new team member to join their dynamic and forward-thinking office. This role involves working closely with the company owners, managing accounts payable/bookkeeping, and handling general office administration.
Responsibilities:
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Checking purchase orders and invoices.
- Preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring any discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Working with the directors to help organise operations.
- Assisting with administrative duties including filing, responding to emails and general office duties.
- Making sure the office runs smoothly.
- Supporting freelance and contractors with admin duties as required.
Experience/Skills:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Previous accounts/bookkeeping experience essential.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
