We’re currently partnering with a growing Managed Services Provider that supports over 100 businesses and 5,000+ users across the creative and professional services sectors. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to hire an experienced Infrastructure Engineer (Level 2 / Level 3) to join their technical operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys a mix of escalations, infrastructure support, cloud technologies, and project delivery within a fast-paced MSP environment. You’ll work across a broad client base, supporting and improving modern IT environments while acting as a key escalation point for complex technical issues.
The position offers exposure to infrastructure projects, Microsoft cloud technologies, virtualisation, and client-facing engineering work.
- Providing 2nd / 3rd line technical support across client environments
- Acting as an escalation point for infrastructure and networking issues
