We're a fast-growing Managed IT Services Provider for the creative industry, supporting 5,000+ users across 100+ businesses — and we're looking for a hands-on Infrastructure / Solutions Engineer to join our team. You'll be delivering 3rd-line support, owning infrastructure, and working on real client projects (not just ticket queues).
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues
- Managing and improving Windows Server & Hyper-V environments
- Supporting Veeam backup & disaster recovery
- Delivering projects: upgrades, migrations, virtualisation
- Implementing Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, Mimecast
- Working directly with clients — remotely and on-site
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years' experience in IT infrastructure / support (MSP experience ideal)
- Strong Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO skills
- Solid networking fundamentals
- Confident, customer-focused, and technically sharp
