Do you love solving problems AND love working with people? This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys being the face of IT on site — the person users trust, remember, and are glad to see. We're recruiting a Service Desk Engineer for a fast-growing MSP with an impressive global client base. You'll be based at a key client site in London four days a week, owning their day-to-day IT support experience, with one day a week back in the EC3R office contributing to the wider team.
What the role involves:
- You'll handle everything from user walk-ups to complex ticket resolution, work to SLAs, and build genuine relationships with the client's team.
- On your office day, you'll plug into the service desk queue and get the chance to support the Solutions team on client rollouts — great exposure to project delivery in a live environment.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in IT support, MSP background preferred
- Solid Microsoft skills — 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint
- Good networking fundamentals
- Someone who is as good with people as they are with technology — approachable, proactive, and easy to be around
- Comfortable working independently on site and managing their own workload
