Site Foreman - Civil Engineering

The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Foreman to join my client, one of West Midlands leading construction and civil engineering companies on a long length contract basis. As a Civil’s Site Foreman you will be responsible for the supervision of labour requirements on site. Responsibilities: – Management and supervision of the operatives team. – Liaise with the relevant authorities. – Ensure all allocated work is completed on time and to specification. – Perform constant H&S checks. – Provide direction to new staff and ensure compliance to all quality safety standards. – maintain quality working relationships with clients and members of the public. Requirements: – 5+ years experience within a similar role and working environment. – SSSTS – CSCS – SMSTS – NRSWA – CPCS. – Experience working on highways/infrastructure projects. – First Aid – Must live within a commutable distance of Warwickshire. – Full UK Driving License.
