Job specification:
To work flexibly undertaking tasks ranging in difficulty, in line with the operational needs of the Claims Department.
To handle incoming and outgoing work and tasks efficiently, so that the team is kept up to date.
Maintain excellent levels of service and complete tasks to high standard, with little or no errors.
Make an input to the efficient working of the claims department.
Using initiative to identify and troubleshoot issues.
Triaging and providing customer service to incoming callers
Accessing and downloading various forms of media extracts.
