What are we looking for in this position?

  • Provide on-site technical support for the installation, maintenance, and repair of med tech products.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimise downtime.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks on the machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide support to customers by way of customer training and demonstrations.
  • Provide feedback on recurring technical issues for continuous improvement.

This will be road-based, covering the North-West of the Country.

What will we need you to have?

  • Proven experience as a Field Engineer or Service Technician.
  • Qualification in Engineering or similar.
  • Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing machines on site.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence and able to be road-based Monday to Friday.
