Due to ongoing team development, Specialist Group is in search of a Project Manager to join our busy Contracts Team. This person will oversee joinery fit out projects from initial design through to manufacturing and onsite installation. This role demands exceptional project management skills, a comprehensive understanding of joinery processes, and the ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee all phases of the project, from design and manufacturing to onsite installation.
- Design Coordination: Collaborate with designers to ensure project specifications meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Manufacturing Oversight: Manage the production process, ensuring quality control and timely delivery of joinery components.
- Onsite Installation: Coordinate and supervise installation teams to ensure precise and efficient fitting of joinery elements.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout the project.
- Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Reporting: Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and address any issues promptly.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in project management within the joinery fit out industry.
- Strong understanding of joinery design, manufacturing, and installation processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
