We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer (ECM/Document Management) to join our Services department on a high-profile contract engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead complex ECM implementations, work directly with enterprise customers, and play a key role in delivering innovative, business-critical solutions.
Your responsibilities as the ECM Consultant:
- Lead and deliver enterprise-scale ECM projects from design through to implementation and deployment.
- Work directly with customers to gather, analyse and challenge project requirements.
- Lead customer workshops, requirements-gathering sessions and solution design discussions, providing expert guidance on business process improvement.
- Design and implement ECM solutions using out-of-the-box functionality, custom scripting and custom utilities where required.
- Act as lead engineer on SCC's largest projects, coordinating and mentoring multiple Solutions Engineers.
- Estimate, assess and allocate design and implementation tasks across project teams based on skills and availability.
- Install, configure and license software for enterprise-level, multi-domain ECM implementations.
