Job Description User Researcher - £400/day via Umbrella - 4 Month Contract - Newcastle (Hybrid) - SCC Flex Contract We are seeking an experienced User Researcher to support a large-scale programme, focusing on understanding the end-to-end service experience. The User Researcher will play a key role in uncovering user needs, identifying service improvement opportunities, and providing evidence-based insights to support service design and product decisions. Your responsibilities as the User Researcher: Conduct research across multiple user groups, including field-based and office-based workers. Provide actionable user insights to service design and product teams. Ensure accessibility and inclusion considerations are Embedded within research activities. As a successful User Researcher, you will have: Proven experience as a User Researcher within public sector or large-scale service environments. Strong ability to independently plan and deliver user research activities. Experience working within multidisciplinary agile teams. Ability to translate research findings into practical recommendations that improve services and user outcomes.
