We are seeking an experienced ECM Implementation Specialist (Laserfiche) to support the design, configuration and delivery of an Enterprise Content Management solution for a large, complex organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an ECM Implementation Specialist (Laserfiche) who enjoys hands‑on delivery, stakeholder engagement and technical leadership within enterprise environments. Will play a key role in implementing a Laserfiche ECM platform while mentoring engineers, leading technical design activities and acting as an escalation point throughout the programme.
Responsibilities
- Implement Laserfiche as the core Enterprise Content Management platform.
- Work directly with stakeholders to gather, analyse and validate project and business requirements.
- Lead workshops and meetings, providing expert advice on ECM strategy, solution design and business process improvement.
- Design, implement and deploy ECM solutions using Laserfiche out‑of‑the‑box low‑code/no‑code functionality, with custom scripting and utilities where required.
- Provide weekly project status updates and solution demonstrations, clearly communicating progress, risks and blockers.
- Produce high‑quality technical documentation including system documentation, end‑user documentation and test plans.
- Install, configure and license software required for successful ECM implementation.
- Provide troubleshooting, training and hands‑on support during UAT and post‑deployment phases.
- Assess implementation tasks and distribute work across project engineers based on skills, capacity and expertise.
- Mentor and support less experienced Solutions Engineers through technical guidance and design reviews.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of risks and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering Enterprise Content Management solutions in enterprise‑scale environments.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Laserfiche design, configuration and implementation.
- Experience working with low‑code/no‑code platforms alongside custom development or scripting.
- A solid understanding of ECM architecture, document management, workflows and information governance.
- Demonstrable experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust through delivery.
- Excellent documentation, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in structured, regulated or security‑conscious environments (desirable).
