Community Care Assistant at Specialist Care Team - Part time weekends only. Weekend rates are paid at £13 per hour. Evening shifts between 7pm - 11pm are paid at £15 per hour. Any hours that fall Monday-Friday 7am-7pm are paid at our normal rate of £12.60 per hour.

As a member of our community team, you will assist people with daily living, from personal care to meeting with friends and family, accessing the local community, budgeting, medications and daily household tasks.

- We pay more – We believe in paying a fair price for an outstanding job from our team members which is why we are committed to paying the National Living Wage. Our rates start at £12.60 per hour for our community drivers, and they increase if you take on extra responsibilities.
- Flexible working – We understand you may have commitments elsewhere and will always aim to have a flexible approach to your availability.
- Guaranteed contract hours – All of our team members have a guaranteed number of hours each week, which can range anywhere from 8-40 hours depending on whether you want to work part- or full-time.
- Going the extra mile – Travel between clients using your own vehicle is paid at 40p per mile. You must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle to use for work!
- Investing in you – You will be fully-trained by our in-house team and members of our community team are given a work mobile phone.
