About the Role

We're looking for a confident, creative individual to become the face and voice of our blinds manufacturing brand. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves being on camera, has a knack for storytelling, and wants the freedom to bring their own ideas to life with the support of the marketing team. You'll be based at (or within easy commuting distance of) our factory in Ashford, Kent, with regular access to our products, production processes, showroom, and team to create authentic, engaging content. This role is offered on a flexible basis; you're free to take on other freelance or content work alongside this position, as long as it doesn't conflict with our brand.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Filming, presenting, and appearing in video content across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Editing your own footage to a high standard, ready for publishing.
  • Generating your own content ideas from product showcases and factory tours to trends, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Collaborating with our marketing department on campaign themes, product launches, and seasonal content.
  • Building a recognisable on-screen presence that represents our brand values.
  • Staying on top of social media trends and adapting content formats accordingly.
  • Occasionally attending events, trade shows, or filming on-site at customer locations.

What We're Looking For

Essential:
  • Comfortable and confident on camera with a natural presenting style.
  • Proven ability to film and edit your own videos (please share examples/portfolio).
  • Strong creative instincts and ability to generate original content ideas.
  • Based within reasonable commuting distance of Ashford, Kent.
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and what makes content perform.
Desirable:
  • Experience creating content for a brand, business, or personal channel.
  • Knowledge of home interiors, DIY, or lifestyle content.
  • Basic photography skills for stills content.
  • Existing social media following (though not essential; we're more interested in talent and consistency).

What We Offer

  • A flexible, creative role with genuine autonomy.
  • Full support from our in-house marketing team with strategy, planning, and resources.
  • Access to our factory, showroom, products, and team for content.
  • Freedom to take on other work alongside this role.

How to Apply

Please send us:

  • A short video introducing yourself (no more than 60 seconds) and show us your personality!
  • Examples of content you've created and edited (links to channels/portfolio).
  • A brief note on why this role excites you.

*This is a non-exclusive role - we welcome applicants who already work with other brands or have their own personal projects.*
