We are looking for a proactive Internal Sales / Customer Service Coordinator to join our friendly team at our manufacturing facility in Ashford, Kent. Working closely with our Sales, Manufacturing and Installation teams, you'll be at the heart of coordinating projects from order through to completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers and our in-house Installation Team.
- Liaising with the Sales Team regarding specification changes and order updates.
- Working closely with the Manufacturing Team to ensure smooth production planning.
- Scheduling maintenance visits and supporting ongoing customer relationships.
- Maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office and company databases.
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, glazing or blinds would be beneficial but is not essential, as full product training will be provided.
Skills required:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and databases.
Working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
