Special Partnership Trust in the Southwest is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to shape, deliver and elevate CPD and workforce development across the Trust. You will design, coordinate and promote high-quality learning experiences for colleagues, blending L&D coordination, digital learning design, apprenticeship administration, event organisation and HR support.
You will support Trust-wide Learning Communities, coordinate meetings, manage communications, monitor attendance.
