JOB SUMMARY
To support the delivery of SEUPB's internal and external communications activity, providing high quality administrative, digital, media and events support to the Communications Team.
The postholder will help maintain communication systems, support media outputs, assist with events, ensure adherence to EU communication regulations, and contribute to the effective delivery of the organisation's communications function.
This role is designed for graduates at the beginning of their communications career and provides structured development and exposure to high profile public programmes.
- KEY FUNCTIONS
- Provide administrative and coordination support across the Communications Team.
- Support media, PR and digital communication activity.
- Maintain communications databases, trackers and logs.
- Contribute to event planning and delivery.
- Assist with procurement and supplier coordination.
- Support communication regulation compliance and monitoring.
