Job Description
SPEC Engineering is an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company for oil, gas, and refineries and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Lawyer/Legal Advisor to join our company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and contract negotiations. We require a proactive approach to legal challenges and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments within the organisation.

Duties
- Provide legal guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters.
