With continued growth in mind – including plans for the Spear’s Schools Awards, the return of Spear’s Summit in Abu Dhabi, and new commercial opportunities – we’re expanding our team and looking for a bright, ambitious Sales Executive to join us. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous sales experience, ideally within media, events, or luxury sectors. You'll play a central role in selling across the full Spear’s portfolio – print, digital, and events – and building relationships with luxury brands. You'll also enjoy access to Spear’s prestigious events and valuable networking opportunities, as well as the chance to be part of one of the UK’s most respected media brands in the world of wealth.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Luxury Media Sales Executive will:

  • Sell advertising and partnership opportunities across Spear’s Magazine, spearswms.Jewellery, Watches, Yachts, Cars, Cruises, Private Jets.
  • Manage your pipeline and activity through Salesforce, maintaining accurate and timely reporting.
  • Attend industry events and client meetings, representing the Spear’s brand with polish and professionalism.

This role has a hybrid-working arrangement, with 3-4 days in our Hatton Garden office each week.

Requirements:

  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a natural commercial instinct.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing sales role (2+ years in media, events, or luxury preferred).
  • Genuine interest in both the luxury world and the private client sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
