SpearPoint BD is hiring Business Development Representatives to generate high-quality, sales-qualified meetings for leading cybersecurity vendors through structured outbound activity across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
What you’ll do:
- Run outbound campaigns to engage senior cybersecurity decision-makers
- Deliver strong discovery conversations and book qualified client meetings
- Represent SpearPoint BD professionally in all prospect interactions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and meeting reports
- Own accounts and campaigns to consistently deliver results
Performance expectations:
- Target of 8 client-accepted qualified sales engagements per month
- High activity environment with a strong focus on calling, conversations, and conversions
- Continuous improvement in sales skills, cybersecurity knowledge, and qualification quality
What we’re looking for:
- Confident communicator with outbound sales or SDR experience
- Comfortable in a high-activity, performance-driven role
- Ability to work at a minimum of 2 days per week from our Basingstoke office
- Highly organised and process-driven
