The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Level 1 Field Service Engineer to join our growing national service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and delivering high-quality service to customers. This role is primarily based in and around the Cambridge area; however, it involves frequent travel across the UK, including regular overnight stays (all expenses covered). It is ideally suited to someone who enjoys a varied, field‑based role and is flexible to work in different locations depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing and assembling profiling beds and alternating pressure mattresses (APMs) across the UK.
- Servicing and inspecting assisted baths, hoists, scales, profile beds, and plinths.
- Cleaning, decontaminating, and repairing APMs in our head office workshop as required.
- Collecting and delivering equipment to client sites and assisting with setup.
- Completing digital service reports accurately via our mobile app.
- Working in compliance with company and client Health and Safety standards.
