We are looking for a creative, organised, and driven Social Media Account Manager to join our growing digital agency team. In this role, you will manage and complete social media accounts (mainly LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook) for a range of clients across different industries, helping brands grow their online presence through strategic content, campaign management, and creative execution. You will act as the link between clients and our creative team, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, professionally, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management
- Manage day-to-day communication across multiple client accounts
- Build strong client relationships and understand business objectives
- Lead client meetings, updates, and campaign discussions
- Social Media Strategy
- Develop and manage social media strategies tailored to each client
- Create content plans and posting schedules across multiple platforms
- Identify trends, opportunities, and growth strategies
- Content Coordination
- Work closely with videographers, designers, editors, and creatives
- Coordinate content production and campaign delivery
- Ensure all content aligns with each client’s brand and goals
- Performance & Reporting
- Monitor social media performance and campaign analytics
- Produce client reports with insights and recommendations
- Continuously optimise campaigns for engagement and growth
Requirements
- Previous experience managing social media accounts within an agency or marketing environment
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
Desirable Skills
- Experience working with premium, automotive, or lifestyle brands
- Understanding of paid social advertising
- Experience using scheduling, reporting, and project management tools
- Knowledge of content production workflows
