Spearhead Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an established and expanding law firm seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, proactive and forward-thinking solicitor looking to join a supportive, like-minded practice.

You will manage a varied private client caseload while developing long-term relationships with clients and contributing to the continued growth of the firm. The Role

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage your own diverse caseload and provide high-quality, practical legal advice to clients across a range of private client matters. Your caseload will include:

  • Wills
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection matters

You will prepare legal documents and correspondence, interview and advise clients.
