This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor with strong commercial property and bridging finance experience who is looking for greater autonomy, direct client contact and the opportunity to play an important role within a progressive and expanding legal practice.
The Opportunity Our client advises businesses, property investors, developers, landlords, tenants and lenders across a broad range of commercial property matters.
As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor who can confidently manage their own caseload and, importantly, has hands-on experience of bridging finance transactions alongside broader commercial property work.
